1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
We process: contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company); content of your messages; the URL you submit for a free audit; technical data (IP address, browser, locale, pages visited) collected via analytics on consent.
We do not deliberately collect special-category data (health, religion, etc.). If you send it in a message, we will delete it on receipt.
3. Why we process it
Legal bases per Article 6 GDPR: (a) your consent — analytics, marketing cookies, newsletter; (b) contract performance — quotes, contracts, project delivery; (c) legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, internal lead routing; (d) legal obligation — accounting, tax records under Bulgarian law.
4. How long we keep it
Lead inquiries: 3 years after last contact, then deleted. Accounting records: 11 years per Bulgarian tax law (Закон за счетоводството). Anonymised analytics: up to 26 months. Backups: 90 days.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

6. Sub-processors and international transfers
We use: Vercel (hosting, EU/US), Neon (database, EU), Resend (email, US under SCC), Stripe (payments, US/IE), Google PageSpeed (audit data, US). All US transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses + EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
7. Right to complain
If you believe we mishandle your personal data, you may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — КЗЛД (cpdp.bg).
8. Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
